I am getting ready to start 2 runs in the next hour with the new dcs and ogw/non-ogw tuning. This is your chance to review the output we will get in these two runs. Please look at the files in: /glade/scratch/hannay/archive/f.cam6_3_105.FLTHIST_v0a.ne30.001/atm/hist and let me know if you are missing something.

@tilmes: I added soa_a2 to the aerosol history file

I have a major increase in the cost of the simulation not sure whether it is coming from COSP or TEM or both or ?. Is it expected?

Previous control (https://github.com/NCAR/amwg_dev/issues/227) Before new compset, COSP and TEM diags

@cecilehannay - There is a known timing issue (this came in with the externals update) There is no fix yet. Here are the notes from the last CSEG meeting about it:

Mike: it seems like we determined that MPT 2.25 is slowing down the model. Do we have a change to back up to 2.22?

Chris: Waiting on CISL to rebuild PIO with 2.22, then will rebuild ESMF with that, then can update ccs_config to point to the new modules.
