this is the inital look a the tape recorder of the full chemistry MT model run:

@isla, I am continuing to run another year, but I suppose this is also way too wet. If so, the full chemistry is not fixing the wet bias problem.

The above H2O distribution is from a SD-WACCM / MERRA2 simulation (Bardeen). This version of the model has been compared to the Aura MLS data during 2005-2020. The model is in pretty good agreement with MLS - if anything, it is too moist. In the future, lets change the contour spacing so we see more detail. Example below.
