Description:

Same as #296 except:

micro_mg_vtrmi_factor = 0.5->2.0

and add HB source mods:

@justin-richling I found the diags for this run in the webext directory. They helped us inform the parameters for the next batch of runs. Thanks!

@adamrher You beat me to it, I was waiting on the stubborn observations.

The ADF diags against f.cam6_3_112.FLTHIST_v0c.ne30.non-ogw-ubcT-effgw0.3-rdg_beta0.5.001 and Obs are here

Note from @adam: We pushed vtrmi maybe a bit too hard in #313, as the LWCF went down to ~20 W/m2 (but it did recover a good tape recorder). Nonetheless we want to see if a smaller increase from 1->1.5 gives us a better cloud field.
