Description: Same as #324 except

microp_aero_wsub_min = 0.2D0 == > 0.002D0
microp_aero_wsub_scale = 1.D0 ==> 0.01D0

The point of this experiment is to test the sensitivity of low clouds to the parameters: microp_aero_wsub_min and microp_aero_wsub_scale

This simulation is part of the set of runs described in the discussion #325. It uses:

micro_mg_dcs = 500.D-6 micro_mg_vtrmi_factor = 1.0 microp_aero_wsubi_scale = 1.0

microp_aero_wsub_min = 0.002D0 microp_aero_wsub_scale = 0.01D0

I was able to get only 1(ish) year over the week-end. But it will be informative to see if this parameters do anything before extending the simulation.

@justin-richling: could you run the ADF?

ADF diags vs f.cam6_3_117.FLTHIST_ne30.r250.001

@cecilehannay There was a slight discrepancy in the simulation run name vs the name of this issue, so the ADF diagnostics link above is different than this link.
