Description:  f.e21.FWscHIST.ne30_L48_BL10_cam6_3_019_plus_CESM2.2.001_zm2.hf + increase micro_mg_num_steps = 1->8

Buggy run: Used phys_dyn_cp=0 instead of phys_dyn_cp=1. Sandbox was accidentally overwritten when we created the https://github.com/NCAR/amwg_dev/

After investigating with Peter, phys_dyn_cp is being set by the namelist defaults:

so this was not a bug!
