Description: Same as 037 but using different runoff (liquid and frozen) mapping files for 05 >> tx2_3 and gland4km >> tx2_3. The new mapping files use the following:
eFold = 250000.0 m rMax = 250000.0 m
instead of the values used in https://github.com/NCAR/amwg_dev/issues/367
eFold = smoothing eFold distance in meters (default: 1000000) rMax = maximum radius of effect in meters (default: 1000000)
