Description: Same as f.e21.FWscHIST.ne30_L48_BL10_cam6_3_035.tphysac_reorder_zm2.001.hf2 with boost shear generation and reduce TKE dissipation clubb_c1=1.0 -> 0.5 clubb_c1b=1.0 -> 0.5 clubb_c14=1.6 -> 1.0 C5 = 0.3 -> 0.6 (in parameters_tunable.F90)

request for amwg diags for this run, relative to L58+zm2 cntl: https://github.com/NCAR/amwg_dev/issues/19. Next week is fine. This run needs to be resubmitted to complete 10 years first, though.
