Purpose:

Run w/ zm parcel depth fixed to 60 m

From Adam: Addressing the dry slot / double-ITCZ bias. Our L32_cam6 run improved on the dry slot, and my F-case experiments indicate you can get ZM2 to mimc ZM1 by fixing the parcel depth to 60 meters. (as requested in https://github.com/NCAR/amwg_dev/issues/536)

Here's some maps of precip for this new parcel depth run. Added 75, 82b for context. 92 is the hycom1 baseline for this parcel depth run. In general it moves us in the right direction, with lower magnitude climo precip over the Andes and throughout the Pacific ITCZ. Dry slot noticeably reduced by a contour interval.

@gustavo-marques: This run crashed in year 58 with the error:

FATAL from PE   255: write_energy : Ocean velocity has been truncated too many times.

I am adding into user_nl_mom and resubmitting the case:

MAXTRUNC = 100

but I thought I would let you know that I got another run with that error.
