FMT equivalent of coupled run 104 with "jet tuning"

Purpose of the run

In coupled run 104 we have positive biases in both the NH and SH Polar night jets. @JulioTBacmeister recommended the following tuning:

effgw_rdg_beta      = 1.0D0 (from 0.5D0)
effgw_rdg_beta_max  = 1.0D0 (from 0.5D0)
alpha_gw_movmtn     = 0.02d0 (from 0.01d0) 

We don't have a FMT equivalent of coupled run 104 (baseline) but I think @tilmes will run that ...

Re-reading the instructions, I see that it said that Simone is going to run the FMT equivalent of coupled run 104 WITHOUT the "jet tuning ? Is it correct @tilmes?

@islasimpson could you redo the diagnostics with those?
