Buggy run: Used phys_dyn_cp=0 instead of phys_dyn_cp=1. Sandbox was accidentally overwritten when we created the https://github.com/NCAR/amwg_dev/
phys_dyn_cp is being set by the namelist defaults:
so this was not a bug!
The run is fine.

The default setting is to use FV3 (spline) remapping for u,v,T and water species (water vapor and condensates). In this run we use PPM remapping for water species and T. Note that all other tracers (i.e. not water species) always use PPM remapping since the FV3 remapping does not exactly preserve shape.
