Edit: Note, this contains a small bugfix in physics/scm_sfc_flux_spec.F90 that is needed to compile with the SCM that is not included in https://github.com/ufs-community/ccpp-physics/pull/26. This change will be added to a PR to ufs/dev to avoid deltas between this and the ufs/dev branch.
