Add optional attribute to variables in: GFS_ccpp_suite_sim_pre, F-A MP, MYJ SFC/PBL -- These were overlooked in https://github.com/ufs-community/ccpp-physics/pull/189 because they are not used in UFS RTs -- Needed for SCM CI tests
- remove unnecessary comment in MYNN EDMF PBL (see #1076 )
