CODEOWNERS contains errors #1078

If we are going to use the same CODEOWNERS file in both repositories, the contributors will need to have write access in both repos. (I don't have admin access here, so I can't see who does).

None of them I guess.I think you should be an admin - I can add you if @mkavulich and @grantfirl concur.
