Update `authors` in `CMakeLists.txt` #902

It's time to update the authors in the top-level CMakeLists.txt:

@grantfirl @mkavulich @dustinswales @ChunxiZhang-NOAA I think it's time to do this, so that we can close the issue and I don't get added as reviewer to all physics PRs? (Happy to stay on the framework PRs, if that's ok with you).

@climbfuji You're still being added as a reviewer for PRs? You were removed from the CODEOWNERS file, so that should not be the case. Regardless, we can remove your name from the CMakeLists.txt.

My bad, sorry. Please remove me from the CMakeLists.txt and update it as required. I am not getting the CODEOWNERS notifications anymore. Thanks!
