This PR updates GFS_typedefs.[F90/meta] in order to work with PR#2 of the ufs/dev fork and https://github.com/NCAR/ccpp-physics/pull/971 of the NCAR/main fork.

This was tested with https://github.com/NCAR/ccpp-physics/pull/971 to pass ccpp_prebuild, make, and run with all v6-supported suites/cases. New RTs are not ready yet, right @dustinswales? I.e., we should merge this prior to your SCM RT changes?
