@bluefinweiwei Is this PR still needed? The new suite corresponds to the proposed HR3 suite for the release? Why are there so many namelists? Since the HR3 physics code has been merged, is there any reason for the ccpp/physics hash update in this PR?

Is this PR still needed? (If you need HR3 suite and some namelist samples, here they are.)
The new suite corresponds to the proposed HR3 suite for the release? (Yes.)
Why are there so many namelists? (Sorry, they are all from the T&E project, as we tried to highlight those parameters that are resolution dependent.)
Since the HR3 physics code has been merged, is there any reason for the ccpp/physics hash update in this PR? (Good to know. Since I pushed the HR3 code base resided in our T&E repo, so there is no need to update hash associated.)
