Update hera module for rocky8, remove shell setup scripts

The Hera modulefiles need to be updated for Rocky8 OS.

• points to correct spack module path
• update cmake version
• Tested on Hera (build and run) for both intel/gnu

Removing shell setup scripts

• Cheyenne, Hera, general desktop

Kept docker script for now - this can be addressed with the docker updates for the release
