Added documentation folder #11

Proposed documentation folder for https://github.com/NCAR/cesm-lens-aws where some documents (e.g., AWS-required HTML and YAML files) could be put. Currently the master copies are on my laptop.

Happy to rename folder, but don't see how to do that in the GUI.

I'd rather create a separate index.html that references the other files (and future ones that may be created), as the existing .htm is a copy of a file hosted elsewhere, not an index page for the files in this folder.
