First pass at reprocessing pre-December 2012

Need to get the raw data from the archive, reprocess, and do some analysis on the results to see if they are consistent with the rest of the mission.

The sub-tasks are:

• [x] download pre-December 2012 from Campaign Storage
• [x] untar
• [x] reprocess level 1 and 2
• [x] update flat plot
• [x] update velocity data file, i.e., run comp_quick_invert_restwvl
