Publish correct data #122

The data to go to the web archive is:

Daily average images (png) for 1074 and 1079 for all quantities
Daily movies (mp4) for 1074 and 1079 for all quantities
Level 1 FITS will be only available as a large tarball.
Level 2 FITS will be available as dynamics, polarizations, and daily tarballs.
The GBU file should be part of the level 1 and level 2 tarball and defined in the data guide.
Use pre-created tar balls for level 1 and 2 for 1074, 1079, and 1083.

See #123 for contents of tarballs. They are not the same as the archived tarballs.
