Reprocess 1083 level 1 data for 2012-2015 #133

@detoma:

I would like to reprocess the level1 (intensity fits and gif images) for the HeI CoMP data. for 2012 to 2015. There are not that many and should go pretty fast. For some reason, they do not look as good as the data in 2016-2018.

[!NOTE] Time estimate: 10-20 hours (over 2-3 weeks), depending on if there are any issues. Since this has been reprocessed last year, there is a smaller change of issues from this reprocessing.

Thank you. Does this mean 10-20 hours total or 10-20 hours a day for 2-3 weeks? HeI data is a very small fraction of the CoMP data and we skip several steps in the HeI process. I did not expect it to take 2-3 weeks. If it takes that long, we should give priority to the 1074 level 2 reprocessing and delay the HeI level 1 reprocess.

My guess is 10 total hours over the course of 2-3 weeks of real time.

Let's talk on Wednesday. We need the computer to reprocess the level2 1074/1079. I do not want to hold them for 2-3 weeks. We can do the HeI later.
