For consistency with UCoMP, we will save the FWHM in the level2 and quick invert. We need to check thresholds to make sure we are consistent in the units we use in the code.

[x] plot annotation name: use "Line width (FWHM)"
[x] scale displays correctly
[x] make sure any line width noise threshold is in the correct units
There is a sqrt(2) in the width that converts to e-folding to sigma. The codes needs to be checked to make sure the FWHM factor is applied to the e-folding and not to sigma.
