Separate finding files to average for I and Q/U #64

Synoptic

Synoptic averages will use different files for each polarization state.

QU: all good Q and U files
V: all good V files
I: first 30-40 files with no gaps, but then at least 12 in a certain time

Waves

Same as for I in synoptic, but finding I, Q, and U. There is one set of files used for the waves averages.

Combined

No combined average
