Move (do not delete) old pipeline .png and .mp4 files #73

Before a day is reprocessed, please move old pipeline .png and .mp4 files to a 'holding' directory so that we can compare problems seen in the new pipeline dashboard with the data produced from the old pipeline. This will help us determine if data problems are inherent to the data or are caused by the new pipeline logic.

Needs a location in the production/reprocessing config files for the movie_repository option in the reprocessing section.
