Turn on stray light removal in science images #82

Need to update the production config file.

We have looked at 20180103 data and compared with and without stray light removal in science images. We found:

  1. Stray light removal brightens the images everywhere, this confirms the stray light is higher in the background image and requires removal. Stray light is a function of wavelength.
  2. There is a gradient, stray light removal brightens the west limb more significantly. This helps fix the current problem of a consistently darker west limb.

Config files in build directory on production systems are updated and will be sent to production when next built.
