DESCRIPTION OF CHANGES:
There were a few problems running NoahMP and RRTMG together, or when outputting specific variables. This PR addresses them, though there may still be some (more subtle) issues. In particular, the 2m air temperature diagnostic really needs to be revisited.

Numerous integration tests, primarily over the western US domain with ERAi forcing.
