Wrong namelist filename was used in automate testing
Tweaking gen_ideal_test.py so it runs out of the box. Variables were slightly off
Certain errors won't return failure in github actions, using ncdump to check NetCDF output to report success or failure
Tested apt-get to install NetCDF, ncdump. That now works and saves ~10 minutes in runtime (this maybe should have been a seperate PR but it was related to what I needed to do to install ncdump)
ISSUE: Fixes #132
TESTS CONDUCTED: Test CI Github Actions
NOTES: It looks like the OpenCoarray packages are up-to-date for apt-get and we should be able add parallel coarray runs to the testing.
