Save diagnostics

In the eod pipeline:

• [x] p and q directories
• [x] level0 quicklook
• [x] keep tarlist files
• [x] "nomask" and subtract images in level1 directory
• [x] engineering directory
• [x] the configuration file

After CME detection has run

• [x] CME output

Cleanup level 1.5

Can be done via command line, kcor remove -f production [dates]:

• [ ] level 1.5 (level1 dir in raw)

Cleanup level 0

Can be done via command line:

• [ ] remove raw date directory

Engineering directory was not being used, so engineering section of config file was removed in 2890508.

Difference images, no mask images, and p/q directories are already saved.

The savecme sub-command seems to work.
