Release KCor 1.6.9 #119

Pre-release check

[x] check to make sure no changes to the production config files are needed
[x] add date to version line in RELEASES.md
[x] check that version to release in RELEASES.md matches version in CMakeLists.txt
[x] check to make sure L1.5 validation specification file is still correct

Release to production

[x] merge master to production
[x] push production to origin
[x] tag production
[x] push tags

Install production

[x] pull at /hao/acos/sw/src/kcor-pipeline
[x] run production_configure.sh
[x] cd build; make
[ ] make install when the pipeline is not running

Release mlso

[x] merge production to mlso
[x] push mlso to origin

Post-release check

[x] send email with new release notes to iguana, detoma, and observers
[x] in master, increment version in CMakeLists.txt and RELEASES.md

Install mlso

A day after production release, release to MLSO.

[x] pull at kodiak:~mgalloy/production-src/kcor-pipeline
[x] run mlso_configure.sh
[x] cd build; make
[x] make install when the pipeline is not running

This was a quick fix for a bug in 1.6.8.
