Process K-Cor data in double precision #361

Process K-Cor data in double precision (as you will be doing in UCoMP).

raw.double/20221007 has files that were computed in double precision (and then cast back to float when writing the files). It took about 116 minutes for the realtime processing for 20221007, compared to 95 minutes with normal processing (74 minutes compared to 64 minutes for end-of-day processing).
