Send NRGF animations to MLSO NRGF gallery #97

Besides just a static NRGF GIF, an updated NRGF animation should also sent to the NRGF gallery on kodiak. It is still being determined if that animation should be an animated GIF or an mp4.

Nevermind, the current GIFs are animated already.
