Add click-centering navigation. #39

Users need a way to navigate around the sweep while editing without changing the level of zoom. One option discussed was centering the display where the user double clicks the way that it used to work in Solo II.

The latest release (20220209) has click centering. Double click in the polar display and the display should center on the click point without changing the zoom level. Click Unzoom to return to the center.
