Crashes during un-folding (spreadsheet mode) when the nyquist velocity is missing #59

If the "nyquist_velocity" variable is missing in the data, HawkEdit will crash when the user open up the spreadsheet mode and apply any un-folding (+/- Fold, etc.), without popping out any warning.

HawkEdit and changing the Nyquist velocity during editing. Sometimes, the Nyquist velocity is wrong in the data. RadxConvert may be the way to fix this, rather than in HawkEdit. In HawkEdit, pop up a caution message about changing the Nyquist velocity for a field. The Nyquist should never be a negative value! HawkEdit needs to detect a missing or negative value and report an error.
