apply correction factors + time slider #64

Switching to a different file in the time slider doesn't respect the apply correction factors checkbox. The message box that appears is not consistent with the reset of the data. Get all three of these events working in coordination with each other.

Undo edits does not respect the apply correction factors checkbox

Correction factors are no longer applied in HawkEdit. RadxConvert applies the correction factors.
