Descriptive output file names or add units to header

The command line version generates output.csv that gives a header and a bunch of numbers. There are no units. Could something be modified to give units? Even changing the output filename would help a lot: output_secfromstart_ppmv.csv or output_UTC_molecule_cm-3.csv.
