Allow varying-height box simulations #69

Allow users to specify box height as an initial/evolving condition and specify emissions rates in mol m-2 s-1. (For boundary layer simulations)

Allow user to specify emission rates in kg/m2? This would require molecular weights . Relabel as “Surface Emissions". Emissions might also include things like airplane emissions, or smoke-stack emissions in other units.
