Library users can create and use instances of the MICM JIT Rosenbrock solver with vector-ordered matrices and a vector dimension of 2-10
Ideas
Since the vector dimension must be known at compile time and C/Fortran don't have C++ template-equivalents, specific types maybe have to be created for each vector dimension
