Add the first chapter in the MUSICA tutorial describing how to include and link against the MUSICA library in a host application.

Acceptance Criteria

a tutorial that show how to build a simple host application in fortran with gfortran that calls a function in the MUSICA library that returns the version of MICM (this function may need to be added with this issue)

Ideas

follow logic of existing test of MUSICA API in fortran here
Initial tutorial could include a F90 mock host model, an F90 interface to MUSICA, (or a single F90 file) and a CMakeLists.txt build script
An example of how to embed source code in a tutorial and also include the code in the tests
