Please reinstall mpi-serial/2.3.0 #18

The original install did not include the file mpi.mod. The latest develop version of spack has corrected that in the package. Please reinstall mpi-serial/2.3.0 using https://github.com/spack/spack/tree/develop/var/spack/repos/builtin/packages/mpi-serial
