cuDNN >= 8.4.1 #8

Requesting cuDNN >= 8.4.1, which NVIDIA requires for their optimized tensorflow.

Will do, but this will be blocked until I can resolve how to update builtin without Spack breaking, as their cudnn recipe does not provide anything newer than 8.4.0 at present.
