Is in BASIC, needs to be in BENCH, but we're not documenting BENCH as it will create confusion for users. For the users perspective BENCH will act the same as BASIC

Automatically generates the number of files with a proper naming scheme based on the start stop times as well has pri/sec hist and mxhist. Not sure if the user should be able to change it as it directly added to the input file in the same format as input.

Wenbin wants it to be a BASIC parameter, It is intermediate in the documentation. Ill set it to intermediate for now in the next PR.
