Adjustments for commissioning reprocessing

Rest wavelength calculation changes:

• [x] use model fit for rest wavelength calculation for 1074 nm images
• [x] fix bug in indices for "image" rest wavelength calculation
• [x] mask outside 1.25 R_sun for rest wavelength calculation
• [x] explicitly exclude NaNs in "image" rest wavelength calculation
• [x] add rstwvl_intensity_{blue,red}_max as 100.0 (same as rstwvl_intensity_center_max)
• [x] change rstwvl_line_width_max to 86.0 (same as noise masking)
• [x] change rstwvl_line_width_min to 23.0 (same as noise masking)
• [x] use image data rest wavelength calculation for 1074 nm
• [x] over mask occulter by 8 pixels when choosing pixels for image data method

Other issues:

• [x] overmask 3 pixels outside occulter for L2 geometry masking
• [x] noise masking: 0.1 for center, blue, and red minimums
• [x] don't use line width maximum for noise masking
• [x] don't ever mask for intensity/enhanced intensity PNGs and mp4s for noise
• [x] mask velocity, line width, Q, U, L, azimuth, and radial azimuth for noise in PNGs and mp4s
• [x] redo user documentation export
