Capture ILX temperature in the L0 header and promote it up to L2 in a similar fashion to the Cropico temperatures #235

The real-time code reads the ILX temperatures but does not correct the results out to the FITS headers.

This temperature value is unfiltered; as such, it will be captured in the L0 header as:

TU_ILX with the comment "[C] ILX Temp Unfiltered" and will be placed between TU_BASE and TU_C0ARR
