Copy Steve's UCoMP code in Subversion to private GitHub repo #244

Steve's UCoMP IDL software is in Subversion under UCoMP. Need Mike to copy the entire folder called 'Integration and Testing' into a private UCoMP GitHub repo.

Joan will email Mike the path to Steve's Subversion directories.

Does Mike have access to Subversion?

I think we should consider slightly increasing the scope of this ticket to capture more of Steve's old code for UCoMP, CoMP, and maybe other instruments into the https://github.com/NCAR/mlso-archive repository.

Potentailly as: https://github.com/NCAR/mlso-archive/tomczyk/[UCoMP | CoMP | Lowl | IDL_Progs | etc]

I am happy to do the copy work; if this is the appropriate location.
