Split demodulation coefficients into separate files #79

The demodulation matrices in Dmx_Temp_Coefs.sav should be split into individual files by wave region, i.e., ucomp.1074.dmx-temp-coeffs.sav. These can be cached as used in the ucomp_run object.

It would be handy to have a simple utility that would take a filename and list of wave regions and produce the individual files.

The coefficients are given in files named:

ucomp.WWWW.dmx-temps-coeffs.V.sav

where WWWW is the wave region and V is the version, which is specified in the epochs file with demodulation_coeffs_version.
