Implement quick invert

There should be a corresponding quick invert for every mean/median file.

Steve's quick invert has the following extensions:

A quick look image for the FITS file should also be produced. Below is an example image from Steve's pipeline.

There is a placeholder routine that is called, but is currently empty.

Change to the PNG:

• [x] fix title of doppler velocity image (currently a second "Radial azimuth")
• [x] fix display of doppler velocity and line width images
• [x] change scaling for normalized Q and I images
• [x] change size of image to 2x smaller instead of 4x smaller
• [x] only a single "MLSO UCoMP Fe XIII 1074 nm" annotation
• [x] add date (and maybe cookbook name?) annotation
