GeoCAT staff updates #106

Adding @philipc2 and myself to the team and moving several folks to the alumni section who are no longer at NCAR.

Thanks for catching that! The last few being out of order threw me off.

Both lists (team and alumni) should be ordered correctly now.

I also realized we don't have this year's interns on the list (they're not listed under VAST in the staff directory so I spaced it the first time around). Maybe we leave that for another PR?

And no rush on this at all. I just saw the notification and figured I'd update this while I have a sec.

Thanks for catching that as well! Yes, in a separate PR, we could add this year's interns and prior years' alumni interns. Would you be willing to put together that PR, too?

I would be happy to do that as well if we have a list of VAST interns somewhere. I think I'm a little light on info/context otherwise.

For now I opened a corresponding issue (#108).
