Update current and past interns on the "About" page

Updated the About page to include some current and past SIParCS interns.

Also:

• changed SIPARCS to SIParCS
• removed a no longer valid NCAR username from the alumni list

Closes #108.

Ah, yeah. I had intentionally left the positions as the most recent role (e.g. with Philip and Heather) since it seemed like that might be the norm (although perhaps that wasn't the case).

I don't have a terribly strong opinion on this, but it does make me a little bit nervous to keep track of some of this publicly without explicitly asking if people would like to opt out. That said, I like the ideas of erring on the side of transparency and inclusivity/credit as well. A little torn. Not sure if other folks have thoughts on this @clyne @jukent.

I do think the multiple entries solution is a potentially bit duplicative and/or confusing (e.g. is a person really an alum if they are still staff, but in a different role?). Happy to give the "multiple roles in the same designation" option a shot to see how that looks though if there's interest in including this info.

And I'll make sure to add Clare in - thanks for catching that! Somehow missed her.

Oh I hadn't looked at that team page or realized interns were listed there. I know that they are on this page: https://vast.ucar.edu/siparcs/ which posts VAST SIParCS projects that are already publically available on the SIParCS site. Other internships could go here too.

I agree! One internship entry in the About page misled us but let us remove that one and instead have our interns listed only under the internship page

Ok, in that case I think I'll just close this, make a note in the corresponding issue, and make quick PR cleaning up the staff list.
