This PR adds Sam's FZ workshop handout as a presentation.

Hi @NihanthCW , do you think we can merge this PR with just 1 approval? I feel the change is low-consequence and pretty safe, and I've been waiting to update the SPERR repository to point to this new document.

I agree. We've merged PRs with just one review before. I guess I was going on autopilot :)
