This PR adds a news item for a recent Vapor visualization.

I felt that the news article looked redundant and crowded when it had a feature_image alongside the visualization itself on YouTube. I wasn't able to find a way to disable this header item, so I've added a transparent 1x1 pixel .png for this use case. If there's a better way to go about this, let me know and I can fix it. Thanks!
